My Acupuncture Journey 

After graduating from Ursuline Academy, Ally Trebbi began her journey westward—first to Saint Louis University, where she earned her BA in Psychology. At the time, alternative and complementary medicine was just beginning to gain mainstream attention, and the integrative approach deeply resonated with her. She continued her studies in San Diego, becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner and helping develop an integrative health center with a leading MD.

It was during this time that she was introduced to acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Deeply impressed by its effectiveness, Ally enrolled in a four-year Master’s program, completing over 3,000 hours of study and 1,000 hours of internships—including at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) and launched her first private practice in San Diego before returning home to Cincinnati to raise her family and build her business.

Today, Ally is a seasoned expert with more than 24 years of experience in health and wellness. She is a licensed acupuncturist, Certified Enneagram Coach (IEQ9), Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Instructor. As the founder of Ally Trebbi, LLC, she has evolved her thriving acupuncture practice into transformational coaching programs that empower ambitious, self-aware women to reconnect with themselves and their purpose—cultivating joy, clarity, and a renewed sense of energy along the way.

At the heart of Ally’s work is her unique ability to foster authenticity and connection. She believes that true transformation begins when we take the time to understand and release the conditioning that keeps us stuck. By blending the powerful insights of the Enneagram with somatic awareness and meditation practices, she helps her clients overcome self-doubt, align with their truth, and create lives that feel purposeful and alive.

Her work has drawn high-achieving professional women, professional athletes, and others seeking meaningful change in both their personal and professional lives.
